DAY01
Day 1
Arrival in Makkah
Assemble at International Airport and board the flight to Jeddah.
Arrival at Jeddah Airport: Complete immigration clearance and meet our local representative.
Transfer to Makkah Mukarramah: Approximately 1½ - 2 hours journey.
Hotel Check-in: Relax and prepare for Umrah.
Perform 1st Umrah: With our representative. Meals will be arranged based on your arrival time. -

Makkah
At Your Disposal: Use this day for relaxation or engage in Ibaadats (worship) and Duas in Haram. -
DAY03
Day 3
Optional Ziarat
Local Ziarat: With a professional tour guide visiting Mina, Arafat, Muzdalifa, Jabal e Noor, Jabal E Soor, and Jannat ul Mala.
Optional Visit to Masjid e Juraana: Perform 2nd Umrah from Jurana. -

Makkah
At Your Disposal: Time for optional Nafil Tawafs or additional Ibaadats in Haram. -
DAY05

At Your Disposal: Use this day for relaxation or engage in Ibaadats (worship) and Duas in Haram. -

Makkah - Madina By Bus
Checkout from Hotel in Makkah: Proceed to Madinah Munawwarah (4½ - 5 hours journey).
Arrival in Madinah: Check-in at your hotel, relax, and prepare to visit Masjid e Nabwi (S.A.W).
Visit Masjid e Nabwi: Enter with respect, offer Salam to the Prophet (S.A.W) and make Duas. Meals arranged as per arrival timing. -
DAY11
Day 11
At Your Disposal: Spend time in Masjid e Nabvi, visit Quba on foot, and engage in Ibaadats and Astaghfaar (seeking forgiveness).

Day 12
Optional Madinah Ziarats
Local Ziarats: With a professional tour guide visiting Masjid E Quba, Masjid E Qiblatain, Saba-Masajid, and Jabal e Ohud. Time for two Rakaat Namaaz in Masjid e Quba and Masjid e Qiblatain.
Day 13-19:
At Your Disposal: Spend time in Masjid e Nabvi, visit Quba on foot, and engage in Ibaadats and Astaghfaar (seeking forgiveness). -
DAY13
Day 20
Pack and Prepare: Checkout from the hotel and transfer to Jeddah Airport (5 – 6 hours journey).
Departure: With all the happy memories of your journey.
Airport Reporting:
Mumbai Airport: Report at Terminal 2, Gate No. 5.
Delhi Airport: Report at Terminal 3, Gate No. 6.
Report 4 Hours Before Departure.
Happy Tour Concludes.

Booking Policy
- A minimum of Rs. 25% of the package Price must be paid to secure a booking.
- Full payment is required 21 days before departure. -
Cancellation Policy
- 25% Booking Amount is Non refundable
- 50% of the package amount is non-refundable if canceled 21 to 30 days before departure.
- 100% of the package amount is non-refundable if canceled within 21 days of departure.
- Date change charges: Rs. 10000 per person, plus any applicable additional charges, for changes made 21 to 30 days before departure.
- No date changes are allowed within 21 days of departure;
- Refunds are done 10th Of Every Month and Chq has to be collected from Booking Office. -
Important Notes
- All Prices quoted are per person and in Indian Rupees.
- In case of package booked without umrah visa through us, than transportation will be subject to availability.
- Peak season groups will have an additional surcharge.
- Extra luggage other than mentioned on ticket would be paid by the pilgrim.
- Unutilized services are Non-refundable.
- Hotel Distance may vary. Distances given are from the outer border of Haram Shareef & Masjid-E- Nabvi.
- Rooms Allotment as per hotel management, no room choice will be entertained.
- Rooms Check-In time at 04.00 PM and Check-Out time at 12.00 PM (Saudi Local time)
- The tour costs are based on Currect Prices of Saudi Riyal. Any increase in the given rates before departures of the tour shall be collected from the passengers.
- If you travel individually other than group dates & flights, you will bear the additional transportation charges as per your itinerary.
- Passengers have to arrange wheelchair on own.
- All services are pre-booked and are based on strict timings. Any delay resulting in the pax missing the benefit of the services, then we are not responsible.
- We are not responsible for any loss/damage/ color loss or discoloration of clothes due to Laundry.
- Local Ziyarat are subject to local regulations.
- Late comers will be left behind. No Alternate ziyarat or refund shall be given.
- We are not responsible for any luggage losses, Injuries, damages, Accidents and additional expenses due to any reason, not limited to, delay of flight, act of God, deportation, umrah visa expiry, theft, personal injuries, damages related to laundry.
- Services, Itinerary, and prices are subject to Saudi and Indian Government regulations.
- Arabic dates may be changed subject to sighting of moon.
